Nicolai 'device' Reedtz is a Danish professional Counter-Strike player widely regarded as one of the greatest players in the game's history. Born on September 8, 1995, in Denmark, device began his competitive career in 2009 and has since established himself as a consistent top-tier player, particularly known for his exceptional skills as an AWPer.

Device's professional journey began with teams like Team Questionmark and later Copenhagen Wolves, where he played alongside future Astralis teammates dupreeh and Xyp9x. However, his career truly took off when he joined the newly formed Astralis organization in January 2016. During his five-year tenure with Astralis, device became a cornerstone of one of the most dominant teams in Counter-Strike history.

The Danish superstar has won four Major championships (MLG Columbus 2016, ELEAGUE Atlanta 2017, FACEIT London 2018, and StarLadder Berlin 2019), earning MVP honors at two of them. His consistency is unmatched, having been ranked in HLTV's top 20 players of the year nine times, with six top-five finishes.
